tdy encounter a BIG prob.. i accidentally gave cust two vouchers n we realized it aft sometime.. as it's nt stamp n i rmb i onli gave d cust one onli.. so i went to every cashiers to look for d voucher.. finally i found it in one of d cashiers.. i told d guy this voucher is nt stamp so can i hv it bk.. but it been credited into their acct so he say he will ask his supervisor n get bk to mi later.. nxt sec he sitting there eating chocolate.. second time i went to ask him he say he will.. but there again he sitting on his seat eating chocolate n talking happily to d person of nxt stall.. idiotic person.. so this time round wei sheng went to ask him n he finally get his butt out of his seat n find d supervisor.. in d end i pay $5 to taka to get bk d voucher.. ok i admit i'm oso in wrong as i did nt check probably.. as voucher is been stamp cancelled so we hv to wait for cust who wanna redeem nw in order for us to issue tat voucher n record.. finally we found one cust who gg to redeem.. phew really lucky or else d voucher cannot be use.. n we hv to report to our supervisor again.. coz ytd one voucher alrdy missing le.. prob finally solved n really thank wei sheng sia coz he tink of this solution.. ok tml i will be working alone.. hope these prob wont happen again.. i will be careful, haha.. yupps endure for d sake of money n nw i wanna bk up oso cant coz signed contract le..
