third day of redemption job n it's really suckz.. long working hr which actually frm 11-9 n nw become 10-9.30.. i feel cheated by d agent damn regret taking this job!!! it's a shitty job, lols.. encounter many prob during these few days.. first cust complain tat they cant redeem d vouchers coz we went bk at 9.. n rich ppl r really stingy.. they can make a big fuss over a $5 voucher.. n they give u attitude when we ask 4 charge slip, receipt n card coz they find it troublesome.. taka mgt sys suckz as staff r nt brief.. their cashiers keep giving cust wrong info n when they cum to our booth n find out they r nt eligible.. they start showing black face n wanna complain.. giving us a hard time.. lucky there's wei sheng to help or else i dunno wat to do sia.. one voucher is missing.. omg.. haizzz.. tml still hv to work till thurs den gt ONE day off.. i swear i nt gg to wk this kind of job anymore.. but this job give u d experience on how to handle cust.. can be gd n bad la, haha.. ok juz bear wif mi, haha..
